Which weight selection is right for me?
When purchasing your weighted blanket, aim for approximately 10% of your body weight.

If you feel that the intended user of your new weighted blanket may be uncomfortable with the heavy weight, then consider purchasing a lighter blanket. Note that our children’s blankets have been specifically designed for small children only.
