We just know that you are going to love your new Sleepist Weighted Blanket! However, if for any reason you decide you would like to return your Blanket we are happy to offer a full refund, less shipping costs. Try your new Sleepist Weighted Blanket for 30-days, then let us know your thoughts. We love receiving all your positive feedback, but we also appreciate that there may be a reason you wish to return your purchase.

FREE SHIPPING

At the moment we are offering free shipping right across Australia. On receipt of your order your Sleepist Weighted Blanket will be delivered to you within 2 to 8 business days.

Product Warranty

All our Sleepist Weighted Blankets are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Please note that, prior to returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from us.

Important Information regarding Returns

  • Product returns must be shipped using a prepaid traceable carrier, like USPS Priority Service, FedEx, or UPS. You, as the customer, will become liable in case of loss or damage.
  • “Refund Amount” will reflect the amount of product returned to Sleepist. Should the product packaging need to be replaced, you may be asked to pay a 10% repacking fee.
  • Please note that, in order to be eligible for a refund, your return package must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of your order. No exceptions will be made. Our staff will inspect the returned product to determine the quantity and condition of items returned in order to determine the appropriate refund amount. A refund will typically be issued within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
  • Gifts with purchases. Any free gifts or discounted items received with your purchase must be returned in original condition, together with the qualifying item. We will deduct the market value of any free gifts or discounted items that have not been returned with your purchase from the credit or refund amount.
