This one-size-fits-all Wrap is the ideal way to reduce painful, aching, or stressed shoulders, upper back, or neck at the end of a long and tiring day.

Cool therapy

We would like to point out that the Sleepist Neck and Shoulder Wrap was primarily designed to be used as a hot wrap, so if you are specifically looking for a cooling wrap this product may not be your best choice. That’s not to say that the Sleepist Neck and Shoulder Wrap doesn’t work beautifully as a cooling wrap. The Wrap should be chilled in the freezer for a minimum of four hours prior to use. The welcome cooling relief will be mild, lasting for up to 10 minutes, but this may be all you need to cool down your stressed muscles and nerves. The cooling action of the Sleepist Neck and Shoulder Wrap is simply a secondary, bonus feature of the wrap; however, it is a feature that many people enjoy.

Important User Instructions

Make sure the microwave oven is free from grease, oil, or food left behind from prior use of the oven. It’s important that the Wrap’s fabric stays clean, and that no essential oils are dripped on the Wrap.

Do not place the Wrap directly onto the microwave carousel: it should be placed on a clean, dry microwavable plate.

Whilst turning in the microwave, the Wrap should not brush against the ceiling or side walls of the oven.

Ensure that the microwave carousel is turning throughout the entire heating cycle.

In order to protect your Sleepist Neck and Shoulder Wrap, we strongly recommend that you start with the shortest recommended heating time of 1-minute 30 seconds. It’s very important that the Wrap does not overheat, so continue experimenting until such time as you reach the desired temperature. The reason we suggest this is because all microwave ovens are different and their power output can vary quite significantly – from 600 W to 1600 W. Also, with age, the power of a microwave oven can decrease.
